Our Practice Plan


From 1st November 2019 we transferred from SimplyHealth (Denplan) to our own practice-branded plans. Being a member of one of our dental plans is a great way to look after your oral health and allows you to budget for your dental care.

The benefits to you:

  • Allows you to spread the cost of your dental care rather than having unexpected or large payments;
  • Convenient payment by monthly direct debit;
  • More cost effective than private pay-as-you go treatment;
  • Encourages preventive dentistry – meaning you could be less likely to need additional treatment due to any problems being caught early;
  • Reduces the risk of oral disease and dental decay due to regular examinations;
  • Provides cover for accidental damage to your teeth and emergency treatment when away from home or outside of normal hours.

What our Dental Plans include:

Our Basic Membership Plan is suitable for patients who have a high level of oral hygiene and a minimal sugar diet, as well as a low level of dental treatment previously. Any occasional dental treatment required for plan members on this plan will be provided with a 15% discount off our private fees.

Basic Membership Plan benefits:

  • 1-2 routine dental examinations per year;
  • 1-2 routine dental hygiene visits per year;
  • Routine bitewings for screening (intra-oral x-rays) as clinically required;
  • 15% discount on all routine dental treatments;
  • Worldwide Dental Accident & Emergency cover;
  • Starts from £8,30 / month (subject to once or twice per year visit).

Our Comprehensive Membership Plan is very popular among our patients as it is much more cost effective than private pay-as-you-go so offers great value for money and has a wide range of benefits:

  • 2 routine dental examinations per year;
  • 2-4 routine dental hygiene visits per year (subject to gum condition);
  • Routine bitewings for screening and diagnosis (intra-oral x-rays) as clinically required;
  • Worldwide Dental Accident & Emergency cover;
  • Cover for wide range of dental services which are provided in the surgery;
  • Accidental damage of your teeth as a result of a fall or blow (limit £2,500 per implant and £10,000 limit per annum);
  • Emergency appointments during clinical hours of the practice usually within 24 hours or on the same day where possible;
  • Emergency treatment when away from home (over 25 miles distance from the practice) or outside normal surgery hours (please see and download required claim form on our website);
  • Monthly reimbursement of your plan membership cost, if you are made compulsorily redundant;
  • A specified amount if you are diagnosed with Oral cancer cover and this is in the primary cancer site;
  • A specified amount for each complete 24-hour period of hospitalisation wholly or partially under the care of a consultant who specialises in dental or maxillofacial surgery;
  • Starts from £11,85 / month (subject to score collected during assessment).
